This role is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience who is eager to grow under the mentorship of highly accomplished partners and contribute meaningfully to a thriving practice.
The ideal candidate is a proactive litigator with strong foundational skills and a growth mindset. You will handle a broad range of employment litigation matters and have the opportunity to work directly with clients, providing strategic advice across the full spectrum of employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
• Prepare, argue, and oppose motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent private and public entities in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC, NLRB) - preferred but not required.
• Advise clients on day‑to‑day employment matters, including employee relations issues, policy development, and compliance.
• Draft and revise employee handbooks, policies, and training materials.
• Contribute to client education through innovative learning programs and technology‑forward platforms.
Preferred Experience
• Significant experience in labor and employment law is highly valued.
• Strong litigation skills from any practice area will also be considered for candidates demonstrating an interest in employment law.
